Shape the API platform’s long-term commercialization strategy, including packaging, pricing, tiering, and go-to-market plans in partnership with Sales and Business Development. Define how Zillow scales third-party connectors through in-house, partner-built, and marketplace approaches. Establish the operating model for platform product management, including lifecycle governance, contract review, deprecation policy, support, and analytics.
