About The Role The Group Product Manager, Orchestration, owns product strategy for how workloads get scheduled, placed, and orchestrated across Volta's GPU fleet — the layer that determines how efficiently compute gets used. You will lead a team of product managers focused on scheduling, resource allocation, and workload orchestration. This role sits at the heart of Volta's efficiency story: how well the fleet is orchestrated determines how much value customers get from every GPU. What You Will Be Doing Own product strategy and roadmap for workload orchestration and scheduling across the GPU fleet Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on orchestration capabilities Partner with platform engineering to define scheduling, bin-packing, and resource allocation features Prioritise the roadmap to balance utilisation, performance, and customer experience Define and track metrics for orchestration efficiency and fleet utilisation Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workload orchestration needs Represent orchestration priorities in cross-functional and leadership planning What You Bring Significant product management experience in infrastructure or distributed systems is essential Experience managing other product managers or leading a product team Strong understanding of scheduling, resource orchestration, or distributed systems concepts Comfortable partnering closely with engineering on technically complex problems A track record shipping infrastructure or platform products at scale Excellent prioritisation and stakeholder communication skills
