Principal Salesforce Architect at BairesDev

As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level multi-cloud solutions that drive business value. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning complex technical architectures with organizational goals to ensure a scalable and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Define and enforce technical standards for custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Design robust integration patterns to facilitate seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Establish comprehensive data models and identity resolution strategies to ensure data integrity and a unified customer view.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in Salesforce architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related senior roles.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development best practices.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
