Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities: Provide user support via phone, email, or tickets opened in the tools used by the company Apply consultative solutions and assist in problem analysis Ensure the quality of services delivered and achievement of agreed service levels and satisfaction Review technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating and testing issues in the environment Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in customer technical support Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester onward) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields Basic knowledge of databases Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts Analytical and communicative profile, focused on problem-solving Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them independently Basic knowledge of programming logic Preferred Qualifications: English and/or Spanish Knowledge of logistics systems (WMS) Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages Experience with operating systems and computer networks Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications If you’d like, I can also: Adapt this for LinkedIn or ATS postings Make it more junior or more senior Optimize it for international recruiting market Why join us ?
