Principal Solution Architect

We are hiring a Principal Solution Architect.

WHO WE ARE

KYVOGEN is a software company. We build web platforms, mobile apps and AI products that run real businesses. Our first product, CEIOS (ceios.ai), runs a company's daily operations end to end: scheduling, shifts, mobile app, invoicing and payroll. It already runs every day in a real company, with real invoices and real payroll. More products are coming.

You will be our first technical leader. You will own the architecture of everything we build, make the technical decisions, and hire and lead the engineering team that owns our code with you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the architecture of all our products: web apps, APIs, databases, mobile apps and infrastructure.

• Evolve a live platform into a secure multi-tenant system that is ready for many customers.

• Set the standard for security in systems that process payroll and tax documents.

• Build the engineering foundations: automated tests, CI/CD, environments, code review, monitoring and backups.

• Hire, mentor and lead a small engineering team, and define how we work so the team owns the whole codebase.

• Turn customer needs into software, working directly with the founders.

• Shape the AI features and design the next products from the ground up.

• Stay hands-on: you design, but you also build.

We care more about how you think than about which languages you have used. If you have built serious systems in a different stack, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE ASK

• 5+ years building software, including several years as a senior engineer, architect or tech lead.

• You have designed a production system and owned it: architecture, data, security and uptime.

• Deep experience with relational databases in production.

• A strong security mindset.

• You have mentored engineers or helped build a team, and you want to do it again.

• You explain technical topics simply to people who are not engineers.

• Fluent Greek and excellent English.

SaaS or multi-tenant architecture · cloud infrastructure and DevOps · mobile apps and app store releases · myDATA, ERGANI or Greek ERP integrations · LLM APIs in production · startup experience from an early stage · reference letters.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start date: November 2026.

• Participation in the equity plan, vesting over 4 years.

• Permanent, full-time contract.

• Remote within Greece, with regular team meetups.

• Real ownership: the architecture and the team are yours to build, and what you build is used by customers the next day.

• People returning to Greece from abroad are very welcome.
