Principal Solutions Architect

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect to join our ServiceNow Practice who can bring their knowledge in to the practice and help shape its evolution and growth. The role will provide a great opportunity to work on some unique and interesting projects that test the boundaries of the Now platform. To this end you will need to be innovative and enthusiastic and able to collaborate with other ServiceNow experts elsewhere in SopraSteria and with ServiceNow. In return SopraSteria offers you a great working and learning environment, one in which there are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications within the ServiceNow platform and beyond.- Skills and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Technical Consultant within enterprise environments. • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, with a willingness to learn and adopt additional applications. • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across complex, multi-stakeholder organisations. • Demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including MID Servers, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and on-premises connectivity. • Experience developing on the Now Platform, including an understanding of platform capabilities, extensibility, and customisation approaches. • Experience designing highly scalable, performant, and resilient solutions for large user communities. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow deployments within secure or regulated environments, with knowledge of secure-by-design principles. • Experience establishing architectural standards, governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • A proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and solution designs.
