About this Team - AI Platform The AI Platform team is the backbone of client's decision intelligence.They design, build, and operate libraries, tools, and the shared AI/ML infrastructure that enables AI & Data teams to empower business-critical decision-making for their enterprise users. Your profile Core Responsibilities (by seniority) Mid AI/ML Engineer - 2+ years of experience Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions to production Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data→model→deployment→monitoring) autonomously Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by more than 100 AI team members daily (including Cloud & LLM Infrastructure and AI-driven features) Communicate with your team: present results and findings, identify gaps and opportunities Requirements: Solid AI/ML fundamentals, strong Python, APIs/K8s/Docker/Cloud experience, mentor junior team members on technical topics Senior AI/ML Engineer - 4+ years of experience All of the above + Own complex projects, lead technical initiatives from design to implementation (refactoring, standardization) Ensure the quality of your own and your teams' developments Interact with other functions and agree on exchange protocols and architecture design (DevOps, Front End, Data Engineering, Back End, ...)
