Privacy analyst - Remote - Open to EU candidates - Contract

Job Title: Privacy Analyst

We are seeking a Privacy Analyst to support privacy compliance and data protection activities.

Contract Details

• Initial contract: 2 months, with strong potential to extend to 1 year.

• Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in EU countries.

• Start date: Early November 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).

• Assist with privacy risk assessments and remediation tracking.

• Support GDPR compliance, data inventories, data retention, and cookie compliance.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor privacy compliance metrics.

• Collaborate with legal, business, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Experience in data privacy, GDPR compliance, or data protection.

• Knowledge of PIAs/DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.

• Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.

• Ability to start immediately.
