Role Description The Private Banker role at PInterview is a full-time remote position focused on providing high-quality financial guidance and insights for users preparing for banking and finance-related interviews. On a day-to-day basis, the Private Banker will design and deliver mock interview sessions, analyze users’ responses, and coach them on core private banking concepts, financial planning, and investment strategies. The role includes creating structured interview scenarios, case studies, and example client portfolios to help users practice real-world private banking conversations. The Private Banker will collaborate with platform administrators to refine interview content, contribute to learning materials, and share best practices in asset allocation and wealth management. This role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, regulatory developments, and private banking trends to ensure that users receive current and relevant guidance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Private Banking and Finance, with practical experience in client advisory or wealth management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Asset Allocation to guide users through portfolio construction and long-term wealth strategies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments, including financial products, risk-return profiles, and market dynamics.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple sessions, and use online communication and collaboration tools effectively.
• Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory, and familiarity with interview preparation or training is beneficial.
