Private Physician

We are looking for an experienced, Russian-speaking physician based in London to become the personal family doctor for a private family. This is far more than a traditional GP role. You will be the family’s dedicated medical lead: overseeing their health, connecting them with the best specialists in the UK and Europe, and staying at the forefront of global advances in diagnostics, treatment and prevention.

The Details

• Location: London-based, remote (no office requirement)
• Compensation: Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience and preferences

What You’ll Do

Ongoing Care

• Monitor the health of every family member on an ongoing basis
• Maintain comprehensive, well-organised medical records
• Oversee prescribed treatments, ensure they’re followed, and adjust plans when needed

Medical Coordination

• Arrange appointments, check-ups and consultations with external physicians and specialists
• Accompany family members to consultations in London and across Europe, in person or online
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultations and turn complex medical input into clear diagnoses, treatment plans and practical checklists

Network Building

• Build a curated database of leading specialists, physicians, diagnostic labs and medical centres across the UK and Europe
• Develop strong relationships and direct communication channels with frequently used specialists and clinics

Research & Insight

• Track advanced diagnostic, treatment and prevention methods worldwide
• Build a knowledge base for future reference, carry out analysis and provide the family with regular reports

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

• A medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent)
• Postgraduate specialist qualification in General Practice (MRCGP / CCT), Internal Medicine (MRCP) or Paediatrics (MRCPCH), or an equivalent international qualification
• At least 10 years of professional medical experience
• Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly
• Discretion, reliability and a highly personalised approach to care

Availability & Mobility

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe
• Ability to live in the UK and travel without restriction across Europe and the UAE, particularly Switzerland, Italy, France and Cyprus

Please note: this is a full-time position and is not suitable for part-time arrangements.
