What we are looking for: Ready to strengthen partnerships that drive humanitarian impact? NRC Norway is looking for an experienced Private Sector Partnerships Adviser (Business Operations) to help ensure our private sector function has the systems, structures, data and processes needed to build and manage effective partnerships. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the Private Sector Partnerships function, supporting procedures, systems and tools, while ensuring strong compliance, governance and functional oversight across the partnership portfolio. You will also play a key role in turning data into insight - providing analysis, reporting and actionable information that helps the section understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. What you will do: Some of your generic responsibilities include: Responsible for providing the section, directors, Global Finance, and leadership with data and analysis related to private sector income, projects and partners. Support Director of Private Sector Partnerships section with implementation on fundraising strategies. Develop, review and ensure implementation of guidelines, tools, systems and procedures for NRCs private sector partnerships across the organisation Give training and support across organisation to ensure compliance on private sector partnerships. Contribute to upholding ethical guidelines for entering private sector partnerships and due diligence process. Manage special projects for the private sector function Any other tasks and responsibilities falling under the section’s mandate, as instructed by line manager Some of your specific responsibilities include: Represent the Private Sector Partnerships section in the development and implementation of the Cycles CRM system (customer relationship management), working closely with the system-owning team to ensure the platform supports the PSP section's business needs. Develop and maintain reports in Cycles on behalf of the section. Present visuals of the income data to internal stakeholders and provide relevant data for external surveys. Contribute to ensuring private sector work and communications are in line with rules and regulations, including GDPR. Please download a more detailed JOB DESCRIPTION to learn more about the position. What you will bring: Minimum 4 years highly professional experience within business development, private sector marketing/sales, social impact or other relevant professional qualifications Previous experience in strategic relationship building, private partnerships, and networking Experience in implementing private fundraising and market strategies. Documented abilities to simultaneously manage numerous tasks, project schedules and documents Demonstrated excellent communication skills Documented communication skills to build bridges between the private sector and philanthropic market, and the humanitarian sector Documented experience working with stakeholders across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Interest in humanitarian and displacement issues an advantage Documented experience in project planning and management Ability to work independently and proactively Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel as well as data analysis and visualisation tools Demonstrated experience working with CRM-systems is preferred Analytical skills Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage. What we offer: Duty station: Oslo, Norway Contract: Maternity Cover (12 - 15 Months). Travel: Up to 10%.
