Infinity Rehab is seeking a Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRN within our therapy team at Four Seasons Healthcare Center in Forman, ND.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders

Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology
• Licensure Requirement: Applicants must hold a current license in the state of North Dakota or be willing to obtain North Dakota licensure upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience as an SLP
