Proactive Automation Engineer

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and IT automation.
• Practical SQL experience with queries, reports and monitoring.
• Experience working with RMM tools and proactive monitoring systems.
• Good knowledge of Windows systems and IT infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting recurring technical issues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to work across US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Create SQL queries, reports and monitoring solutions.
• Monitor RMM tools and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Investigate recurring problems and implement lasting solutions.
• Improve automation and IT processes to reduce manual work.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Support remote technical operations across different time zones.
