Job Summary The Process Application role is responsible for providing specialized product and application expertise to support frontline sales, business development teams, and customers. This position partners with commercial and technical functions to optimize product performance, resolve application challenges, and drive continuous improvement in solution effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Job Description Provide expert-level process and application support to customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use and performance of products in various manufacturing environments. Resolve complex technical or application issues escalated from the field through Develop and implement best practices, testing methods, and application guidelines to ensure consistency, safety, and quality in product use. Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, and Technical functions to identify improvement opportunities, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), and support new product trials or introductions. Conduct technical audits, prepare reports, and communicate findings to internal and customer stakeholders. Monitor and report key performance indicators related to trials, customer satisfaction, cost savings, and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to EHS, quality, and compliance standards in all application activities. Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate accountability for professional development through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process. Bachelor’s degree required in Chemistry, Engineering or any relevant business related area and/or technical certification. Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in area of focus; MWF/Metal etc. Required Skills and Competencies Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.
