Job ID: 41686 | Location: Airoli, Maharashtra, India | Work Model: Hybrid Manage Control Tower Operations to minimize customer escalations through effective transport visibility and proactive mitigation actions. Responsibilities Manage Control Tower functions in accordance with the shifts as per time zones. Strategic Transportation Oversight: Monitor shipment integrity using advanced tracking technologies like SAP, 4Kites, establish early-warning systems through predictive analytics and ensure vendor accountability against established service level agreements. Risk Management and Mitigation: Implement proactive risk visualization, anticipate potential disruptions throughout the transportation network, and drive strategic risk mitigation initiatives to prevent escalations and minimize corrective actions. Performance Analytics and Optimization: Execute in-depth analysis of critical KPIs including OTIF while generating actionable business intelligence through comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Foster proactive communication with internal stakeholders through a well-defined RACI matrix, while actively participating in Business Unit meetings to ensure strategic alignment. Continuous Improvement Leadership: Champion process improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis of transportation incidents, optimize resolution efficiency through AI integration, and cultivate a customer-centric service culture emphasizing cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Certification or coursework in Import & Export (EXIM) or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Export Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain. Hands-on experience with SAP and transportation management processes.
