In your first year, you will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding. This role is crucial for ensuring billing accuracy, speeding up claims resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction across global markets. What you'll do

• Lead and manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, including Billing, Cash Application, Claims & Dispute Management, Collections, and Customer Account Management.
• Oversee daily transactional operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service level agreements and company policies.
• Coach and develop a team of Order-to-Cash professionals to meet operational and business goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer teams to resolve escalations and build strong partnerships.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Performance
You will own the delivery of key financial metrics such as reducing days sales outstanding and improving billing accuracy. Your data-driven approach will ensure faster claims resolution and higher productivity, directly impacting cash flow and operational excellence. By driving continuous improvement and leveraging SAP systems, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of Flora Food Group’s finance operations.

This role reports to the Finance leadership team and leads a dedicated Order-to-Cash team. You will work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Your decisions will reflect long-term thinking, balancing operational efficiency with responsible governance to build a sustainable finance function that supports our mission to deliver better food.

You are confident in driving operational excellence while fostering collaboration and accountability.
