Process Mining Consultant — Celonis / SAP Signavio

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant to support automotive projects delivered in cooperation with our client’s German team. The projects focus on process analytics, process optimization, and process mining implementations, helping clients understand how their processes operate and identify opportunities for improvement.

The scope is expected to include both backend data preparation and frontend analytics, depending on the project. Relevant platforms include Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, and Multi-Process Mining (MPM).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of process mining solutions.
  
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Translate business requirements into process analyses and actionable insights.
  
• Contribute to data preparation and modeling, depending on the assigned project.
  
• Develop process views, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions.
  
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to validate findings and recommend process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Practical experience in process analytics, process optimization, or process mining implementations.
  
• Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or Multi-Process Mining (MPM) would be highly beneficial; experience with all three is not required.
  
• Ability to interpret process data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• English communication skills suitable for an international project environment.
