Process Transformation Expert, Invoice-to-Pay

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Driving Process Intelligence, Celonis and automation initiatives across the Invoice-to-Pay organization.
• Identifying process improvement, standardization and automation opportunities based on data, process mining insights and business priorities.
• Developing and enhancing Celonis dashboards, process analytics and Action Flows to improve process transparency and performance.
• Conducting process reviews, KPI analysis and root-cause investigations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of improvement and automation opportunities, including business case development and value realization tracking.
• Collaborating with Operations, IT, Automation and Process Excellence teams to implement transformation initiatives.
• Supporting ServiceNow and other digital workflow solutions within the I2P landscape.
• Promoting operational excellence, best practices and continuous improvement across the global organization.

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice-to-Pay or Shared Services operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end I2P/AP processes, controls and performance drivers.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis, process mining or process analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of automation, digital workflows and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience in process transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel when required.
