This role is critical in enabling data-driven procurement decisions that support our infrastructure scaling goals. Key Responsibilities Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings, supplier consolidation opportunities, and process inefficiencies across hardware, software, and services categories Maintain and update procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility Support RFP/RFQ processes by collecting and comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications Track and report on key procurement KPIs including spend under management, savings realized, and purchase order cycle times Coordinate with Finance on purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence documentation, and performance scorecards Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting using ERP and analytics tools Support contract management activities including tracking renewal dates, compliance milestones, and deliverable schedules Collaborate with technical teams to translate hardware and infrastructure requirements into actionable procurement specifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite) Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) Understanding of hardware procurement in data center or hyperscale environments is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure company Familiarity with GPU, networking, or data center hardware supply chains CPSM or CSCP certification in progress or completed Soft Skills: Attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
