About This Role: As a Procurement Analyst within the Global Real Estate, Engineering & Facilities (GREEF) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end operational sourcing and contracting execution. This position is vital to ensuring compliance with procurement policies and enhancing category strategies. You will be responsible for performing category-specific data analytics, leveraging advanced tools such as MS Excel and AI applications, and collaborating with the Procurement Analytics & Insights team. Acting as an operational partner to stakeholders, you will ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency in sourcing and contracting processes. This role is integral to maintaining effective supplier interactions and updating project tracking tools, thereby contributing significantly to the success of our procurement activities. What You’ll Do: Support standard GREEF category requests end-to-end; review specifications and ensure compliance prior to execution. Perform category data analysis, including RFx proposals, scorecards, and supplier KPIs. Assist Category Managers with spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking surveys. Support category-specific sourcing events, including RFx execution and negotiation. Execute RFx events from CDAs through award and evaluate proposals. Assist with contract lifecycle management, ensuring execution accuracy and collaboration with legal resources. Ensure completeness and quality of contract documentation and data. Assist with operational supplier performance activities and KPI analysis. Engage stakeholders for operational sourcing and contracting activities while maintaining accurate updates in project tracking tools . Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 2-4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles with hands-on experience in sourcing execution, RFx events, and contract management. Advanced skills with MS Excel and AI applications. Experience engaging suppliers and business stakeholders while ensuring procurement policy compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with contract review or negotiation. Familiarity with engineering services sourcing.
