If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation, IDE is where you belong. What You ‘ll Be Doing Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to several vendors and suppliers. Evaluating approved suppliers and negotiating price, delivery and quality of products. Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers. Negotiating with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc. Identifying and recommending opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies and optimize service and quality. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 4 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek. Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel. Desired: Master’s Degree will be considered a plus. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Understanding of Hardware/Electronics is desirable. Knowledge of SAP ERP. Key Competencies Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and challenge options. Willingness to take initiative and drive results. Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking. Very good planning and time-management skills. High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively as part of a team.
