Who we are looking for:

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) we are looking for a professional Procurement Lead with technical leadership, with proven experience working on opeartions procurement roles

Your main mission would be to execute transparent and competitive sourcing of materials, equipment, contractors, and services while protecting specification, schedule, cost, compliance, and contractual terms.

What you will do:

• Run sourcing events from approved requisition and specification.
• Prequalify suppliers and conduct commercial / compliance due diligence.
• Negotiate price, lead time, warranty, service, and risk allocation.
• Issue and administer purchase orders and supply contracts.
• Track delivery and resolve supplier exceptions.
• Maintain sourcing records, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Develop supplier performance and savings reports.
• Create fair competition and traceable decisions.
• Engage capable and acceptable vendors.
• Achieve sustainable total-value outcomes.
• Maintain clear commitments and controls.
• Protect operational availability.
• Support audit and anti-bribery compliance.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in procurement for telecom, infrastructure, technology, or construction.
• Knowledge in RFQ/RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase contracts, Incoterms, and ERP.
• Experience with Supplier due diligence and anti-bribery controls.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role (Jakarta area)
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.

This role is mostly hybrid, a combination between remote and customer site work
