An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement professional to join a global market leader within Integrated Facilities Management. This is a senior, client-facing procurement leadership role responsible for leading strategic sourcing activities across a major enterprise account, driving commercial value, supplier performance, and procurement transformation.

Working closely with senior operational leaders and client stakeholders, you'll shape sourcing strategy across a diverse portfolio of Hard and Soft FM services whilst leading a high-performing procurement team and delivering significant commercial outcomes.

The Role

As Procurement Lead, you'll take ownership of all strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a large-scale Facilities Management account, ensuring procurement delivers value, innovation, compliance, and exceptional service to the client.

You'll be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, leading complex negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement activity aligns with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all strategic sourcing and procurement activity across a major Integrated Facilities Management account.
• Develop and deliver category and sourcing strategies across Hard and Soft FM services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders, Account Directors, and operational teams to understand future business requirements and procurement priorities.
• Lead complex tender processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
• Deliver challenging annual cost savings and value creation targets while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.
• Drive supplier performance through robust contract management, governance, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure procurement activity complies with internal governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, compliance, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Support mobilisation and transition of new contracts, including supplier onboarding and operational readiness.
• Produce executive-level reporting on procurement performance, savings delivery, supplier performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working across the account.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent procurement standards and strategic alignment across multiple locations.

We're looking for an experienced Procurement professional with a strong background in Facilities Management or related indirect services procurement.

You'll ideally bring experience across areas such as:

• Hard FM (Mechanical & Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Security, Building Services, Water Treatment, Lifts)
• Soft FM (Cleaning, Catering, Waste Management, Security)
• Construction, Fit-Out, or Technical Services procurement
• Significant experience leading strategic sourcing and complex procurement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing procurement teams within a matrix or multinational organisation.
• Proven success delivering commercial savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Excellent contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivery.
