Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Specialist (Indirect Spend) - London hybrid - July 2026 start Apply here Location: London hybrid – 2-3 days per week on site Start Date: 27 July 2026 Contract Length: Initial 12-week assignment with potential extension We are currently supporting a major infrastructure organisation in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong experience across indirect spend categories to drive value, deliver savings opportunities and manage end-to-end procurement activity within a complex infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities across a range of indirect spend categories. Analyse spend data and identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives. Run end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering and supplier selection. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Ensure procurement activities are conducted in line with governance and compliance requirements. Support the delivery of procurement projects within agreed timelines. Essential Experience Proven procurement experience within an infrastructure, engineering or asset-intensive environment. Strong experience across indirect spend categories, including: Engineering Services Facilities Management (FM) IT and Technology Demonstrable experience identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives. Experience managing procurement procedures from sourcing through to contract award. Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Experience Knowledge of and experience working within public sector procurement regulations. Experience operating within regulated or publicly funded environments.
