Procurement Project Specialist – (€280/Daily)
- Long Term Day Rate Contract with high likelihood of extension

A supplier’s proposal looks good on paper. You spot the exclusions, challenge the price and negotiate better terms. Now the project has a stronger deal.
On a €30M national fibre programme connecting Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Cork, Wexford and New Ross, you’ll lead procurement across infrastructure access, civils, fibre deployment and specialist services.
From defining tender requirements to evaluating bids and negotiating contracts, you’ll help secure the suppliers and commercial agreements needed to progress the build.
You’ll have the scope to challenge what doesn’t stack up, influence supplier selection and put better commercial agreements in place on a major national infrastructure project.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Have
- Strong procurement experience in recent roles
- Experience managing tenders through evaluation and award
- Confidence negotiating pricing and contractual terms
- Experience working with project and commercial stakeholders
- Infrastructure, construction, utilities or telecoms experience beneficial
