Procurement Project Specialist – (€280/Daily)

Help connect Ireland. Your procurement decisions will help turn a national network into reality.

You’ll work on a €30M fibre programme linking Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Cork, Wexford and New Ross — securing the duct access, civils contractors and specialist services needed to build it.

Working with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams, you’ll shape tenders, challenge supplier proposals and negotiate the agreements that move each stage forward.

Every contract you help secure brings the network a step closer to reality — helping businesses and communities across Ireland stay connected.

What You’ll Do

• Turn engineering requirements into clear tender scopes
• Source civils contractors and fibre specialists
• Secure third-party duct access agreements
• Run RFQs and RFPs through evaluation
• Compare bids, exclusions, pricing and terms
• Negotiate terms and recommend suppliers for award

What You’ll Have

• Current or recent role focused on procurement
• Experience managing tenders through evaluation and award
• Confidence assessing supplier bids and commercial terms
• Comfortable working with project stakeholders
• Infrastructure, construction, utilities or telecoms experience beneficial
