The Opportunity
You'll lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including:
- Running RFx and tender processes from planning through to contract award
- Negotiating and managing supplier contracts and commercial arrangements
- Developing sourcing plans and contributing to category strategies
- Managing supplier performance and stakeholder relationships
- Providing commercial advice that supports organisational outcomes
These roles offer exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier optimisation, procurement transformation initiatives, and high-value procurement programmes.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' procurement, sourcing, category management, or contract management experience
- Experience leading RFx and tender processes
- Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management capability
- Experience negotiating supplier contracts and delivering procurement outcomes
- Knowledge of government procurement frameworks is highly regarded
- Public sector experience preferred, though strong private sector candidates are encouraged to apply
