Salary: RM6,000–RM12,000 monthly package, based on proven capabilities and successful cases

Job Aim

Build and maintain relationships with AWS, regional AWS teams and AWS Partners to support Claude model access, quota applications and capacity expansion through Amazon Bedrock.

Malaysia will be the initial focus, followed by Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea and Europe.

Job Description

1. Engage with AWS Account, Partner, Bedrock／Generative AI and Support teams.
2. Manage Claude model access, Service Quota requests, Support Cases and escalations.
3. Prepare business use cases, usage data, forecasts, technical information and business justification for quota applications.
4. Develop three-to-twelve-month plans covering Claude quotas, AWS Regions, token consumption and budgets.
5. Evaluate resource availability, cost, compliance and stability across different AWS Regions.
6. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance and Legal teams while monitoring quotas, usage, costs and operational issues.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum three years of experience in the AWS ecosystem, cloud operations, partner operations, FinOps or a related field.
2. Candidates may come from AWS, AWS Partners, distributors, resellers, MSPs or cloud service providers. Previous job title is not a selection criterion.
3. Good understanding of Amazon Bedrock, Claude model access and quota application processes.
4. Must have hands-on experience and be able to explain at least one Claude／Bedrock project or quota case.
5. Ability to independently manage AWS communications, quota requests, Support Cases and escalations.
6. Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
7. Ability to work remotely across different time zones. People-management experience is not required.

Preferred Qualifications (Candidates should meet at least two of the following）:

1. Previous AWS experience involving customers, partners, Amazon Bedrock, AI or cloud resources.
2. Successful Claude model access or quota-increase experience within an AWS Partner organisation.
3. Existing professional relationships with the AWS Malaysia team.
4. AWS relationships or partner resources in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea or Europe.
5. Experience with large-scale Claude quotas, Cross-Region Inference or Provisioned Throughput.
6. Knowledge of AWS Organizations, IAM, SCP, CloudWatch, Service Quotas and AWS Support.
7. Relevant AWS professional certification.

岗位目标

负责建立及维护公司与AWS原厂、各地区AWS团队及AWS合作伙伴的关系，推动Amazon Bedrock上的Claude模型开通、配额申请及资源扩容。

以马来西亚为当前重点市场，逐步拓展越南、泰国、印度尼西亚、日本、韩国及欧洲的AWS渠道。

工作职责

1. 对接AWS Account、Partner、Bedrock／Generative AI及Support团队。
2. 负责Claude模型开通、Service Quotas申请、Support Case跟进及问题升级。
3. 准备配额申请所需的业务场景、实际用量、用量预测、技术资料及商业理由。
4. 制定未来3至12个月的Claude配额、AWS区域、Token用量及预算计划。
5. 评估不同AWS区域的资源可用性、成本、合规及稳定性。
6. 与产品、技术、财务及法务团队协调，并持续追踪配额、用量、成本及异常情况。

任职要求

1. 具备3年以上AWS生态、云资源运营、合作伙伴运营、Cloud Operations、FinOps或相关经验。
2. 候选人可来自AWS原厂、AWS合作伙伴、Distributor、Reseller、MSP或云服务商，不限制原有职位名称。
3. 熟悉Amazon Bedrock及Claude模型开通和配额申请流程。
4. 必须具备实际操作经验，并能够说明至少一个Claude／Bedrock项目或配额案例。
5. 能够独立处理AWS沟通、配额申请、Support Case及问题升级。
6. 中文及英文能够用于会议、邮件、谈判和文件处理。
7. 能够远程办公并配合不同时区；不要求具备团队管理经验。

优先条件（至少满足两项）

1. 曾在AWS原厂负责客户、合作伙伴、Bedrock、AI或云资源相关工作。
2. 曾在AWS合作伙伴公司成功完成Claude模型开通或配额提升。
3. 目前拥有AWS马来西亚团队的有效工作联系。
4. 在越南、泰国、印度尼西亚、日本、韩国或欧洲拥有AWS相关资源。
5. 处理过大规模Claude配额、Cross-Region Inference或Provisioned Throughput。
6. 熟悉AWS Organizations、IAM、SCP、CloudWatch、Service Quotas及AWS Support。
7. 持有AWS相关专业认证。
