We’re looking for our new team member! Do we have your attention? As our Procurement Assistant, you help ensure that the right products are available at the right time. You combine hands-on procurement operations with supply planning, using reliable data to manage orders, monitor availability and identify supply risks early. Together with Procurement and our cross-functional teams, you help keep our product portfolio moving smoothly from supplier to warehouse. Your areas of responsibility Supply Planning & Availability Support supply and reorder planning: Prepare reorder requirements based on stock, incoming orders, demand, supplier lead times, MOQs and upcoming launches. Monitor product availability: Keep track of physical stock, incoming supply and pre-order availability and identify potential stockouts early. Identify supply risks proactively: Flag delays, capacity constraints, MOQ challenges and other supply risks and support the development of mitigation measures. Support S&OP planning: Prepare reliable inventory, reorder, availability and supply-risk inputs for our supply-planning and S&OP processes. Order, Shipment & Data Management Own order and shipment tracking: Monitor purchase orders and shipments end-to-end, maintain expected delivery dates and coordinate operational topics with suppliers and logistics partners. Ensure high data quality: Keep purchase orders, shipment data, product information and supplier records accurate and up to date in Odoo and our planning tools. Support inventory and cashflow visibility: Monitor incoming purchase orders, inventory development and excess or aged stock to support sound purchasing decisions. Compliance & Process Improvement Maintain procurement and compliance documentation: Ensure customs, import, supplier and product documentation is complete and structured and support EUDR and other regulatory requirements. Improve how we work: Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes and data flows and take ownership of smaller improvement projects. Your profile Ideally 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, purchasing or another operations-focused role Basic understanding of procurement and supply-chain principles, such as stock, purchase orders, lead times, MOQs and supplier deliveries An analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers Strong Google Sheets skills, including working with larger datasets, lookups, pivot tables and basic formulas Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage) Very high attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy Structured and organized working style with the ability to keep track of multiple orders, shipments and deadlines at the same time Proactive problem-solving mindset: you don't only report that something is late, you identify the impact, communicate it and help find a solution Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; basic German is required Experience with customs, import processes, product documentation or regulatory requirements is a plus Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with Procurement, Product, Quality, Logistics, Finance and other teams Nice to haves Enjoy our benefits Broad Supply Chain Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across procurement operations, supply planning, inventory, logistics and product availability.
