The role

As a Procurement Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our contract management and procurement functions. You'll be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Contract Management and Procurement Team by managing, updating, and maintaining contracting documentation, systems and databases. It also supports contract management and procurement processes to ensure all activities align with WAPHA's policies and procedures.

🔹Employment Type: Full-time maximum-term contract until 30 June 2027 (part-time options will also be considered)

🔹 Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid role)

🔹 Salary: Band 4 ($94,433.68 - $101,495.87) Plus 12% Superannuation

Key tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage data entry and data maintenance of the WAPHA Contract Management System, including contract documentation, variations, invoices, and reports.

  • Support the Contract Management and Procurement team with administrative management tasks, including drafting routine documentation and managing systems and databases.
  • Administration of low risk contracts.
  • Generate and collate reports from the contract management system as needed.
  • Provide proactive and timely support to stakeholders for routine procurement and contracting activities.
  • Promote compliance with procurement, records management, and database/system policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of policies and procedures related to the contract management system.
  • Organise workload according to deadlines.
  • Provide support and information to WAPHA management regarding contract and procurement activities.
  • Perform other duties as directed, as appropriate to the role.

About you

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria:

Essential Experience and Education:

  • Proficient in managing contract databases and systems, with high-level computer skills.
  • Experienced in supporting staff with routine contract development and management activities.
  • Knowledgeable in contract management principles, including financial management and contract documentation, demonstrated through practical experience.
  • Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload.
  • Capable of working autonomously, demonstrating initiative, and proactively contributing to team and organisational objectives.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
