Product Functional Consultant – SAP CX & eCommerce Requirements The Functional Product Consultant SAP CX & eCommerce is responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions across the SAP Customer Experience portfolio, supporting digital commerce, sales, service, and customer engagement initiatives. Must Have: 4–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Consultant in SAP CX solutions. Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and at least one additional SAP CX solution ( SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud V2, or SAP Emarsys ). Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Knowledge of eCommerce processes including catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Must be based in Mexico. Nice to Have: Experience across the complete SAP CX suite. Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and API integrations. SAP CX certifications. Experience supporting global or multinational implementations. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Responsibilities The consultant will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of customer experience and eCommerce solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support implementations and enhancements in SAP Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, and Emarsys. Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations and solution designs. Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect validation, and UAT coordination. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. Ensure solution quality, traceability, and alignment with business objectives. Required Languages English: Advanced (B2+/C1) – Mandatory. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, conduct workshops, document requirements, and participate in client-facing discussions in English.
