Process internal and external customers' requests and issues Make investigation of user complaints by application logs analysis and finding solution based on existing documentation Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails Apply application configuration changes Support deployment, verification and testing processes Components for success. Have technical education and mindset with attention to details Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken Demonstrate clear and well‑structured verbal and written communication Are able to analyze application and system logs Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing You'll get extra points for...
