Help shape the future of AI-powered workflow automation!

We're building Harold, an innovative platform designed to help organisations streamline complex workflows and unlock the value of their data. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and proactive Product & Customer Success Executive who wants to play a key role in helping customers succeed while influencing the future direction of our product.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of our business, working directly with customers, product, and engineering teams. You'll gain exposure to product management, customer success, implementation, technical consulting, and software development, making this an ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their career in technology.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and want to make a visible impact in a fast-moving startup environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for helping customers get up and running with Harold as quickly and successfully as possible. From onboarding new clients and gathering user feedback to supporting integrations and testing new features, you'll become an expert in both our product and our customers' needs.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and working directly with senior leadership to influence product decisions. No two days will be the same.

What you'll be doing:

Customer Onboarding & Success:

  • Lead and accelerate customer onboarding after the sales process.

  • Guide customers through setup, configuration, and implementation.

  • Proactively manage follow-up activities to ensure customers achieve value quickly.

  • Support pilot programmes and customer trials.

  • Build strong relationships with users and become their trusted point of contact.

Customer Feedback & Product Development:

  • Schedule and run customer review meetings.

  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, mock-ups, and specifications.

  • Act as the bridge between customers and engineering teams.

  • Help shape the product roadmap using real customer insights.

Product Operations & Testing:

  • Test new product features using real-world customer scenarios.

  • Investigate issues and troubleshoot independently wherever possible.

  • Log bugs, track fixes, perform retesting, and communicate updates back to customers.

  • Ensure product releases deliver a smooth customer experience.

Technical Implementation & Integrations:

  • Work alongside our CTO on product enhancements and technical projects.

  • Support integrations with customer systems and third-party platforms.

  • Assist with API implementations, workflow configuration, and data mapping.

  • Help customers maximise the value they get from Harold's capabilities.

Who we're looking for:

We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in mindset.

You'll likely be:

  • Ambitious and eager to learn.

  • Highly organised and self-motivated.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Naturally curious and enthusiastic about technology.

  • A strong problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out.

  • Able to turn complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.

  • Excited by the idea of working in a growing startup where your impact is visible.

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following areas:

  • Customer Success.

  • Product Management.

  • Product Operations.

  • Business Analysis.

  • SaaS Implementation.

  • Technical Support.

  • Software Delivery.

  • Project Coordination.

  • Business Systems.

  • Data & Process Mapping.

Experience with any of the following would be beneficial, but is not essential:

  • Computer Science.

  • AI & Machine Learning technologies.

  • APIs and integrations.

  • Workflow automation.

  • Product management tools.

  • SaaS platforms.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is smart, driven, adaptable, and excited about building something great.

Entry requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.)

  • OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)
    AND

  •  5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around working hours given we work with clients internationally. The role will be primarily remote, although we're keen to find someone who can occasionally meet with our CTO in Manchester.

What you'll gain:

  • Direct exposure to customers, product strategy, and software development.

  • Mentorship from experienced technology leaders, including our CTO.

  • The opportunity to influence product decisions from day one.

  • Experience working with cutting-edge AI technology.

  • Significant personal and professional growth opportunities.

  • The chance to make a genuine impact in a fast-growing business.

  • 20 days' annual leave plus UK bank holidays.

  • Workplace pension.

  • Funded apprenticeship training and development.

  • Flexible, remote working.

  • Opportunity to grow quickly and take on real responsibility within a fast-growing AI start-up.
