Job Description: Product Analyst
Location: Lebanon (Remote)
Team: Product & Engineering
Reports to: Head of Product
Tracera is looking for a detail-oriented Product Analyst based in Lebanon to support our Product and Engineering teams. In this role, you will own day-to-day Jira ticket management, lead QA testing ahead of releases, help troubleshoot and reproduce bugs, contribute to feature design, and keep our product documentation up to date. You'll work closely with engineers on a daily basis, so this role calls for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable moving between tickets, spreadsheets, and conversations with the team.
This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role. Strong Excel skills are required, and prior experience working in Jira is a must.

What will I be doing?
Jira Ticket Management & Analysis
● Create, edit, and maintain Jira tickets across product and engineering boards, keeping status, priority, and details accurate as work moves forward.
● Run regular analysis on Jira data — ticket volume, backlog age, sprint progress — to flag bottlenecks before they become a problem.
● Keep labeling, tagging, and ticket structure consistent so the backlog stays usable for the whole team.
QA & Release Testing
● Test new features and fixes ahead of each release to catch issues before they reach customers.
● Reproduce reported bugs, document clear reproduction steps, and work with engineers to confirm root cause.
● Escalate blocking issues as soon as they come up, and keep the right people informed on status.
Product Documentation, Requirements & Feature Design
● Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, leadership) and turn them into clear, actionable tickets.
● Help design features that solve specific customer pain points, working with Engineering and Product leadership to shape the approach before it's built.
● Write and maintain product feature documentation as features ship, so the rest of the team has an accurate reference.
General Product Analysis
● Analyze product usage, ticket trends, and customer feedback to surface recurring pain points and patterns.
● Pull together data on usage, ticket volume, and customer requests to support feature prioritization discussions.
● Keep an eye on recurring bugs or complaints and flag when something needs a closer look.
Coordination with Engineering
● Act as the day-to-day liaison between Product and Engineering — chasing updates, clarifying requirements, and keeping both sides aligned on priorities and timelines.
● Coordinate testing schedules and release readiness across the team.
● Escalate risks, blockers, or scope changes early rather than waiting for them to surface on their own.
Ad Hoc Excel & Tasks
● Build and maintain spreadsheets to track releases, bugs, and product metrics.
● Handle ad hoc data requests using Excel — pivot tables, lookups, formulas — turning raw ticket data into something the team can actually use.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
● 1-2+ years in a product analyst, QA, business analyst, or similar role, ideally at a software or SaaS company.
● Hands-on experience with Jira: creating and editing tickets, working with boards, filters, and workflows.
● Strong Excel skills — this is a requirement, not a bonus.
● Comfortable testing software, reproducing bugs, and writing up clear, specific bug reports.
● Strong written and spoken English, as day-to-day coordination is with a US-based team.
● Bonus points for experience with QA/test case documentation, SQL, or B2B SaaS platforms.
● Bonus points if you've contributed to feature design or scoping before, not just execution.
Qualities
● You're detail-oriented and organized — little slips through when it's your job to catch it.
● You communicate clearly and flag issues early rather than waiting for them to become a problem.
● You're a proactive problem solver, comfortable digging into a bug report or a spreadsheet without much hand-holding.
● You work well independently as part of a remote, cross-border team.
Please note that this role begins with a 90-day evaluation period during which you will collaborate with the team to define your objectives. Your performance will be assessed based on these objectives at the end of the 90-day window.
