At Broadridge, we’ve built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
We are seeking a curious, rigorous, and execution-oriented Product Analyst to support the development and improvement of our Digital Asset Platform. You will own defined research, analysis, requirements, and testing deliverables that help the team make better decisions and bring useful capabilities to market.
Our Digital Asset Platform mandate spans Digital Identity, Wallet, Digital Transfer Agency, Onchain Data and Intelligence, Connectivity, and governance, including Proxy and Corporate Actions. You will work across connected capabilities rather than a single silo; your initial focus will reflect business priorities and your strengths.
What you’ll do
• Research client needs, industry workflows, competitors, and digital asset market developments; synthesize findings into concise product recommendations.
• Map issuer, investor, and intermediary journeys, including the hand-offs between on chain activity and off chain records and operations.
• Support market sizing, business cases, pricing analysis, and launch planning with well-structured research, models, and clearly stated assumptions.
• Translate product direction into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation with guidance from product leads.
• Work with engineering and operations to prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, reproduce issues, and track resolution.
• Build and maintain product dashboards and analyses covering usage, client feedback, data quality, and operational exceptions; explain what the data does and does not show.
• Prepare structured presentations, demos, and client or internal materials; document decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to improve research and delivery, validating outputs and protecting confidential information; escalate control or data-quality concerns.
What we’re looking for
• Typically 2+ years in product analysis, business analysis, financial technology, digital assets, operations, or a related field; equivalent applied experience is welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with structured data, spreadsheets, research, and clearly documented assumptions.
• Ability to translate an ambiguous question into useful analysis, a process map, a requirement, or a testable hypothesis.
• Foundational understanding of financial services and digital assets, with demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar concepts quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through across a collaborative team. Independent ownership of an entire product is not required.
What sets you apart
The following are valued differentiators, not a checklist. You do not need experience in every platform capability.
• Exposure to transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, investor records, tokenized assets, or other institutional financial workflows.
• Practical exploration of smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, or distributed ledgers through work, research, prototypes, or other demonstrable projects.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, APIs, onchain analysis, requirements documentation, or user acceptance testing.
• Thoughtful use of generative AI or agent tools, with examples of validation, limitations, and human review; ability to communicate a clear recommendation from evidence.
Why join us
You will gain broad exposure to digital asset products and institutional market infrastructure while making a direct contribution through research, analysis, testing, and delivery. Your work will help connect new technology to practical client needs.
