About the Team

Join our team as a Product and Portfolio Marketing Lead in Wayne, New Jersey, and play a key role in shaping the Industrial and Heavy Duty product portfolio. Based in Wayne, New Jersey, this hybrid position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of product, technology and commercial strategy, bringing new products to market and managing them throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities and turn product ideas into successful launches.

Key Tasks

  • Generate market insights based on market trends, competitive intelligence, Global Product Management input and technology innovation to support the product innovation pipeline.
  • Lead the annual ODIMs process for submitting product innovation needs for the market.
  • Manage the end-to-end setup of new products and SKUs, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Develop business cases for Product Management Review (PMR) meetings to support new product introductions.
  • Participate in Industrial and Heavy Duty Product Launch Execution Team (PLET) meetings and coordinate new product launches.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities, including product changes, new sizes or configurations, and product discontinuations.
  • Review and approve product graphics and labelling in accordance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update Product Data Sheets (PDS) to ensure accurate product information is available internally and externally.
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and product applications and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Forecasting, Master Data and Global Product Management to execute product lifecycle activities and successful product launches.

Experience required

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technology Development, Application Engineering or Sales within Industrial or Heavy Duty markets.
  • Strong product and application knowledge, with an understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and translate market information into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying market trends, customer needs and product innovation opportunities.

Location: Wayne, New Jersey
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

The anticipated salary range for this position is shown below with additional market competitive benefits. Actual placement within this range will be determined by a candidate's relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.

Salary range
$105,000—$150,000 USD
