About the Role: The Product Complaint Investigator I is responsible for conducting product complaint investigations through product analysis, laboratory evaluation, and documentation of investigation results. This role prepares clear and comprehensive product investigation summaries, assesses available evidence, and identifies potential product-related issues. The investigator collaborates with cross-functional teams and escalates situations requiring additional technical assessment to Engineering or Management for further evaluation and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Perform product complaint investigations including decontamination, analysis, testing, and technical documentation. Execute investigations for multiple product lines, including moderate complexity products. Conduct product analysis using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, DMMs) and compare findings against specifications. Support simple new product development activities through complaint analysis and data collection. Maintain compliance with quality systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in cross-functional meetings and appropriately escalate out-of-spec findings or test failures. Support continuous improvement initiatives, and VIP contributions. Manage laboratory operational tasks such as supply tracking and equipment ownership. Deliver assigned project milestones. Required Qualifications: Technical Degree or Bachelor's degree program partially completed (at least 30%). English proficiency: B2–B2+ (70–89%) Technical writing and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Product complaint investigation experience within regulated environments. Ability to use laboratory measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers. Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
