  • Own the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of Line Sheet and website product information.
  • Review product diagrams and assembly instructions for accuracy and timely completion in alignment with the GTM calendar.
  • Own swatch TOFs, coding, and data accuracy, including securing seasonal swatches from factories and supporting National Accounts with buyer swatch requirements.
  • Oversee the swatch and material library, ensuring materials are properly maintained, organized, and rotated.
  • Support the Product Development team with marketplace research and cost analysis in alignment with the GTM calendar.
  • Work within Qarma to maintain accurate seasonal SKU information.
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal product plans through accurate data consolidation.
  • Coordinate product-related activities and deliverables according to established timelines and the GTM calendar.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Moe’s brand and visual guidelines, applying them consistently across product information and materials.
  • Manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted based on evolving business needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Solutions-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
