About the Role: You will coordinate the development and delivery of new academic programmes, curriculum enhancements, and course maintenance projects from concept to implementation. Working within the Portfolio Development Team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the University to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic, quality, and regulatory requirements. The key responsibilities for this role are: Coordinating the end-to-end development of new academic programmes and curriculum enhancement projects. Managing a portfolio of programme developments simultaneously, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Collaborating with faculties, Digital Learning, Library Services, Quality, Finance, and other professional teams to coordinate programme delivery. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and recommending solutions to keep projects on track. About You: We're looking for an organised and proactive Product Coordinator with experience in curriculum or product management. You'll be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills, able to build effective relationships, manage competing priorities, and support the successful delivery of high-quality academic programmes. The ideal candidate will have: Essential : Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines. Skills in curriculum management or product management. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Good team working and coordination skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Desirable: A formal Project or Product Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, ISEB, PPM, Agile or Scrum). Training or experience in Product Management and/or Change Management. Experience working within the Higher Education sector.
