Description
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Lead to join an aviation project, working closely with product, business and delivery teams to turn ideas into impactful digital experiences.
In this role, you’ll combine Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities: managing the product backlog and roadmap, facilitating Agile ceremonies, aligning stakeholders and helping the team stay focused and deliver effectively.
You’ll act as the bridge between the business and the delivery team, contributing to decisions around new features and UX while ensuring priorities are clear and delivery stays on track.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, Product Delivery Lead, or in a similar product delivery role.
- Strong experience in functional, non-technical product environments.
- Experience managing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable work for the team.
- Ability to drive team engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement, helping the team maintain momentum and focus on delivery.
- Experience managing and prioritising backlogs, ensuring alignment with product goals and roadmap.
- Ability to coordinate and track delivery against the product roadmap, proactively identifying risks, dependencies and blockers.
- Experience contributing to product decisions, including new features, user experience and improvements based on business and user needs.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
