If you’re ready to take on exciting challenges, influence features from the ground up, and lead the creation of experiences that leave a lasting impression, we’d love to hear from you 🚀 🏆 YOUR QUEST-LINE: Lead and grow the Product Design team through hiring, onboarding, mentorship, regular 1:1s, performance review feedback, and personal goals; Plan and manage the team’s workload, balancing priorities, capacity, timelines, and business needs; Improve design workflows, team rituals, review processes, and collaboration practices with Product and Engineering; Review designers’ work, provide actionable feedback, and help the team solve complex product, UX, and interaction challenges; Drive the end-to-end design process: from discovery, research, and problem framing to polished, dev-ready solutions, including UX hypotheses, design-side research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and data-informed improvements; Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product solutions, clarify requirements, and align design priorities; Ensure high-quality and consistent UX/UI standards across products, including flows, edge cases, states, transitions, and responsive behavior; Maintain and evolve the design system, guidelines, and design documentation across products; Validate implemented solutions before release and support design quality throughout the development cycle; Stay hands-on and contribute directly to key product design tasks when needed; Keep the team up to date with industry trends, user psychology, UX patterns, and design best practices. 👩‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN: 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), preferably in product companies; 2+ years of experience leading a Product Design team, including hiring, onboarding, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development; Strong hands-on product design expertise and willingness to combine team leadership with individual design contribution; Portfolio with at least 3 projects demonstrating strong web and mobile interface design, clear UX thinking, and business impact; Advanced Figma skills, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, FigJam, components, libraries, variables, and design systems; Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, interaction patterns, responsive design, and UX/UI best practices; Experience planning and distributing design workload, estimating design efforts, and managing priorities across multiple initiatives; Experience conducting or participating in user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and translating insights into design decisions; Experience establishing design processes, running design reviews/critiques, and improving team collaboration; Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints when making design decisions; Strong facilitation and communication skills, with confidence presenting design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders; Understanding of front-end development principles and the software development lifecycle; Proactive leadership mindset with strong ownership, strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills. 🚀 WILL BE YOUR BOOST: Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market; Gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust) would be a big advantage; Domain experience in GameDev, Fintech, iGaming, or digital goods marketplaces; Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Experience using product analytics tools to analyze user behavior and improve UX decisions. 🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE: Spontaneous weekend from the CEO; Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials; Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you; People Partner who will always support you in word and deed; Anniversary and performance bonuses; Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment; Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions; 20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days; Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs; English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want; No time tracking; We purchase CHARGING STATIONS for our spacers; We help Ukraine: every month the company supports AFU and transfers donations for ammunition and supplies.
