We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role You'll design the products at the core of app.ondo.finance — where private clients, high-value investors, and primary-market participants access, subscribe to, and manage sophisticated financial instruments across blockchain ecosystems. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll shape product direction while shipping polished, end-to-end experiences in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Research. We're hiring across mid and senior levels, and the scope of ownership will be calibrated to your experience. What You'll Do Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive, trustworthy product experiences Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile Contribute to (and at senior level, drive) product strategy alongside Product and Engineering Build on and evolve our design system, including documentation and tooling Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracy Define design success metrics and measure the impact of your work What We're Looking For 3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products, with experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products strongly preferred. You Love Design Craft Craft . High-bar UI and interaction design; your portfolio shows end-to-end systems and polish, not single screens Complexity translation. You make dense, regulated, high-stakes financial information feel simple and trustworthy Systems thinking. Ability to design scalable, cohesive experiences by considering how individual features fit into the broader product ecosystem and design system. You’re a Collaborator Collaboration & influence. You enjoy building strong cross-functional partnerships and are able to effectively influences decisions across Product, Engineering, and other project stakeholders. Self-direction and communication.
