This role partners closely with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs , design effective solutions, and improve the overall user experience. Essential Functions Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly exp eriences that meet customer and business needs. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile-based applications. Participate in user research activities, customer interviews , and usability testing. Translate user feedback and product requirements into thoughtful design solutions. Contribute to and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across the platform. Support accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design process. Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes. Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices. Qualifications Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Working knowledge of user-centered design principles , usability, and accessibility standards. Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem -solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products or SaaS applications . Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. 2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role. SaaS experience preferred. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This role operates in a fully remote work env ironment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment and technology such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice , and peripheral devices.
