What You'll Do : Design with Purpose: Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that improve discoverability, conversion, and trust. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Category Leads to align design solutions with product strategy. Embed User Insights: Use research, feedback, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions. Contribute to Design Systems: Strengthen Mudah’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Iterate & Improve: Rapidly test, refine, and optimize designs based on user needs and performance data. Experience: 3-4 years or above in product/UX/UI design, with a proven ability to deliver user-facing products and actively integrate generative AI tools into daily design workflows. Portfolio of Outcomes: Work that demonstrates problem-solving, design craft, and measurable product or user impact. User-Centric & Analytical: Ability to balance qualitative insights with quantitative data in making design decisions. Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Design Craft & Tools: Proficiency in Figma or equivalent, with experience contributing to design systems.
