Responsibilities At TeamViewer, we’re on a mission to make it possible for each of our users to provide the best support to their customers via a remote device and be able to solve any problem in the most complex environments. As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer. You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, and design frameworks and has an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship? You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric — it’s all about people. Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences. Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution. Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the shipping line. Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale. Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team. Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end. Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces. Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization. Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
