Product Designer (Equity Based)

Product Designer (Founding Team) — FleetHive

FleetHive is looking for a Product Designer to join our founding team.

We’re looking for someone who can take existing product screens and the PRD, improve and build out the product experience, and work closely with our technology team to take designs from idea → UI/UX → development.

What you’ll do

* Create and improve UI/UX designs for the FleetHive product

* Work from our existing screens and product PRD

* Design new features and user flows as the product evolves

* Collaborate closely with the product and technology team

* Prepare designs and assets for development

* Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly

* Contribute to the overall product experience and design system

What we’re looking for

* Strong UI/UX and product design skills

* Experience designing web/mobile products

* Ability to work independently and move quickly

* Strong understanding of user flows and product thinking

* Comfortable working directly with developers

* A portfolio showing actual product/design work

Compensation

1% equity — Founding Team

There is no fixed salary for the first 12 months.

This is a founding-team opportunity for someone who wants to build alongside us from an early stage and have meaningful ownership in what we’re creating.
