About the Role We’re forming a Product Designer Talent Pool for future projects across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. You’ll help shape digital products that merge functional clarity with aesthetic excellence. What You’ll Work On User research, journey mapping, and wireframing for AI-driven tools and SaaS apps Designing intuitive UIs consistent with component libraries (Tailwind + shadcn UI) Collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity Prototyping and iterating using Figma and modern design workflows Applying accessibility and responsive design best practices What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, design tokens) Portfolio demonstrating web or enterprise-grade UI & UX work Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React component systems, or design-to-code workflows Basic understanding of how AI/automation shapes modern UX is a plus Strong communication and hand-off documentation skills Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent and Contract (future openings) Location: Remote / Hybrid (Canada, US or nearshore time zones) These openings are part of our ongoing Talent Pool initiative.
