Middle Product Designer (UI/UX)

------------【 Requirements】-------------

【Required】

・5+ years of practical experience in UI/UX design for product (web/app) development

・5+ years of practical experience in information architecture (UX) and screen design (UI) to solve problems by understanding a wide range of use cases

・Practical experience in UI design and prototyping using tools such as Figma

・Experience collaborating with engineers and QA teams on product development

・Experience working with engineers and project managers to drive specification adjustments and decision-making

・Experience engaging multiple stakeholders to build consensus on design strategies

・Experience with project management tasks (schedule management, task management, stakeholder coordination)

【Preferred】

・Experience in training and managing designers (at least one person)

・Experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

・Experience in the full process from designing quantitative data collection (KPI design and measurement design) to UX improvement

・Experience in product development at startups and companies in the growth phase

【Language】

・Japanese proficiency at a business level or higher (all internal communication, documentation, and customer interactions are conducted in Japanese).
