👩 💻👨 💻About You

We are seeking a Business Analyst with fluent Italian and strong English communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with SQL/PL-SQL, Java, Python, Rest APIs, SOAP, AS2, OFTP2.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical information to be mapped and integrated between applications and systems.
• Design and develop integration processes using industry-leading integration platforms and tools.
• Configure network communication protocols to establish and maintain connectivity between business partners.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to monitor and control production data flows.
• Manage software upgrades and maintain installed solutions in line with product releases.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, analyze requests, and estimate implementation effort.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers in case of incidents or anomalies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong command of spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).

Basic Knowledge Of

• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Database concepts and SQL/PL-SQL.
• At least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
• Communication protocols and integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, AS2, OFTP2).

⭐Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerized environments such as Docker or Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architectures.
• Bash scripting.
• Version control systems and collaboration platforms (Git, GitLab, GitHub).
• EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, EURITMO, ODETTE, ANSI X12).
