Duties & Responsibilities - Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack business application features. - Analyze requirements, clarify scope, and provide technical feedback during planning and implementation. - Translate functional specifications into reliable, maintainable application behavior. - Write code that is explicit, readable, well-tested, and compatible with continuous deployment/integration. - Participate in code review and provide constructive feedback to other developers. - Contribute to technical design decisions while preserving existing system behavior and quality. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, Support, and other developers to validate delivered work. - Investigate, debug, and resolve issues. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Full stack web application development skills. - Test Driven Development (TDD) skills. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Detail-oriented approach to implementation, testing and documentation. - Debugging and problem-solving skills Qualifications - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Experience with e-commerce, ERP integrations, SaaS platforms is a strong plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. - Ruby knowledge is a plus - Test Driven Development (TDD) experience is a plus About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
